BACKGROUND
The VHMS is an organisation for men of all ages to spend time with other blokes with similar interests in working with their hands or just chatting.
Members meet at any time after 9.30 am, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. They are free to bring along projects or come along to have a chat and work with other blokes (any time before finishing at about 3.30 pm).
The shed is a mental health initiative of the Adare Uniting Church and was built at Martha Close, off Canterbury Road, near Crozier Road and Armstrong Road. It currently has 125+ members and fulfils a valuable community service.
